one year.
what one year?
my work, well to say career is more exact.
March 1st last year i came to the company with light rain.
at that time i was still student but i was full in hope and confidence, i hoped myself and trusted myself i can do my best. till now i think the hope and confidence are very proper to me and all my thinkings are right.
in fact i made a lot of changes on myself this year.
from student to employee, this is a huge transformation. but i do not feel there’s more changes in the environment where i study, i live, i work and i joke…contrary it is more relaxed and comfortable than any departments in university.
okay i do not want to say so many for the first year i worked. because anything is new to me. it is obvious that my judgement is not objective, i am too young to understand the ruls of the real society.
best wishes for me.
trust me.

Trust you, lol, yeah… u’ll be fine. I saw the most resilience from you, too (if u’ve read my blog that my boss said to me). cuz I never see u give up for sth and most impressed me is ur English learning path–from the very begining to now– I think if u look back and u’ll be proud of urself, too.
As for the loyalty u mentioned in the last blog, I’d like to keep my points. Applying for an elite program did nothing with the betray stuff, right? u still serve within the same company and the program just help you to quickly grow-up. I thought u might be just focus on the geographic element, so wondered what if the Tianjin branch goes on without u. Come on, the loyalty should based on the entire company, not only ur deparment. However, I do agree that u wanna stay to gain more experiences and be more ready for it, like u said STABLE. hehe, anyway, work hard and enjoy your life, keep English blogging and u’ll be better and better lol~
