Japan Quake

March 11, extremely devastating 9.0-magnitude earthquake and tsunami hit eastern Japan that has left more than 3,000 people died and more than 10,000 people disappeared, and hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes. What has been affecting the rescuing work very seriously is the nuclear radiation level is raising substantially which has already diffused to Tokyo after 4 reactors explosion of the Fukushima Daiichi nuke. Food, water, fuel and other necessary commodities have been running out in some places and most of cities of Japan have to limit power usage since the quake and tsunami brought overwhelming damage to some nukes.

It seems that there is something wrong with the earth? It makes you have to think about the prediction that is world end will be coming in 2012. I can still recall some pictures of the brilliant movie “2012″ when I was sitting in front of TV to watch video report of the earthquake and tsunami. There are about 7 demonstrations such as ancient story and Alien interference to state why we have to believe “2012″ .

People in disaster areas are still suffering. Pray for you.

The theme is changed… I didn’t intend to change it at all, but the version of IE is too low to display the web correctly when I upgraded the former theme… And I installed some plugins, now it has been connected with Sina tweet which is the most popular microblog in China or Chinese Twitter. Workshop, Dubai

We will have a project workshop this Friday, I was looking for some impressive videos as warm-up. I remember the VP of new site chose to use some clips of Apollo 13 to inspire his employees. I watched the movie. It’s very impressive. But I don’t remember which charpters he used and my DVD was lost..

Saw a video news report from corporate website, CEO and his close staff went to Dubai for a diabetes forum sponsored by our company. It must be a nice experience for being in Dubai, the world richest area.. I heard of there were a lot HUMMER running on the street… I hope I can have some days around that place.

There are two new interactive websites emerged in our life. The most famous is facebook.com which is acknowledged by most of people around the world. In China from my viewpoint and exprience there are two websites were used universally. One is xiaonei.com where you can find your classmates and can communicate with them, can play online games with them etc which is very similar to facebook. Both of these two websites have the same mai color is blue. The xiaonei.com is developed by 5Q.com. When I were a student in university I always used 5Q to “BT” movies, songs, softwares which was very popular among students. At that time it has been having xiaonei.com which is branch of the company.

When I used xiaonei.com is after graduation. I am very intersted in the website where I can find my classmates to share works and life each other. Because there is a function you can see what your fiends just did and what they just shared, some of the information is very funny. It is very hard for yourself to dig out them.

But I have almost abandoned xiaonei.com recently just because I found another more interesting website named kaixin001.com! Ok, I am old fashioned maybe you have known the website long time ago. Anyway the website is really funny. It is not necessary for you to share your photos, your articles and something else here like other this kind of websites. You can just play games.

A game named “buy house” which you can buy house, plant crops, invite your friend to your house.. and the most intersting function here in this game is steal vegetables from your friends. haha!it’s so funny! You can choose whatever seeds you want to cultivate. And different crop has different growth cycle. You will be able to steel others’ vegetables when the crops are ripe and sell them to get money that causes everyone have to monitor their garden anytime or wake up very earlier to guard their vegetables.

Another game is “catch parks”. You must try your best to find a park and park your car there then you can earn money with 10yuan/minute. But you have to be bewared of your friends and cops who will fine you.

I’d like to recommend you a TV drama of US named “Brothers& sisters”. First time I were aware of and began to watch it everday is very occasional when I controled the remoter trying to find a favorite TV program. A TV channel named CCTV 风云剧场- I am quite not sure what is its name in English- which is another channel broadcasting TV dramas different from CCTV8. At some certain time it will air some dramas with English original sound.

The “Brothers& sisters” describes a lot of funny but ridiculous, sad but warmhearted stories of a family composed of two daugthers and three sons with parents. It is said that it has had 3 seansons already but the complete season I saw is season II. At the end of season I the father of the childrens- actually all of them has been adult and some of them married with kids, even divorced- has been dead.

Of course a gay man is picturing in this drama as several other American TV series named Kevin. The comments I searched on the internent show a lot of people like the guy because they can find unique and impressive character from him although I couldn’t find them. Anyway to be honest the internal guy is very cute. But what will be superised to you is the boyfriend of Kevin in “Brothers& Sisters” is the boyfriend of Michael who is the leading actor of “Prison break” in the real world! Can you imagine!! He is also cute:)

Ok. Please enjoy the drama if you are interested. By the way, never try to watch it from CCTV due to it cuts out many exciting scenes, for example the expression between two guys. Never!

Nov. 7th
It’s the beginning of winter today. Today is my birthday in Gregorian calendar. There isn’t any a celebration or party for me besides the SMS wishes from my friends. But an extraordinary ceremony for Novo Nordisk was performed this morning which is for ground breaking of NN filling plant in Tianjin. The ceremony gathered many leaders from headquarters and governments even Danish ambassador in China. Of course our CEO also came around whom I saw first time. The guy looks older compared with his appearance in People TV or magazine which was aired or published by company. At that time I thought being a top leader have to be in old age to make sure he has a great deal of experiences no matter on technique and management. However a young man appeared accompanying those leaders astonished me in two sides which is age and looks. Ok, the looks are not very important although I am always concerned about that?? but he looks really much younger than others has age ranged around 20. I talked with my colleagues about the young guy to conclude the reason why he can be this kind of level in NN in such young age is that he is son of one of important directors of NN or the company belongs to his household. It is a pity that I had no chance to catch a picture of him. I hope I can get another opportunity to see him. Novo Nordisk will expand her diabetes business in china unprecedentedly where has the biggest market increase all over the world. I think NN will be more famous in China.
No matter how I think this is really a tremendous gift for me in my birthday although it is not very relevant to me. But maybe it is implying a big development will come to me??
The world financial crisis has been crippled so major stock market has been restored to normal. I am not sure whether our company was impacted by this crisis to get a slow economic increase or stock was recessive. One time when I took taxi from Teda to Tianjin the driver asked me that question and I said no matter what happened people have to consume medicines when they encountered illness, so consumers in this area were settled.
Another thing I’d like to say something is US presidential election: Barak obama beat John McCain to be the first African-American president in US which is very historic. But I got from website actually Chinese government don’t want democratic party to control America because they will make economic relationship with China more tight and will challenge China’s human right much frequently.
Still in US, the law of same-sex marriage in California has been banned by government since it effected several month ago. Emm.. it is a little pity, I am not sure because no one can judge this problem with a just and objective attitude I think so. If the same-sex marriage is totally wrong why some European countries can accept this kind of union?
Okay, let me review my personal life and mind in past days and months. I have been experiencing a challenging project for more then five months and the project will be accomplished by December. It is for making smart training materials and providing them to production for training new employees. And it is pending whether I will go working in this project as full-time employee when this function is created. It will be realized though conditions reached recently. I am not sure it is good for me or not but I believe I can know more people then I work there and maybe will get some big accomplishments. God bless me!
