I need to calm down, I will insist on how I treat everybody, be always nice, be never angry…

The assigned job for me was a QA working in quality department. Being a QA is actually very beneficial to an employee in a pharmaceutical industry since quality is top which should be considered very intensively in the company. I learnt more than a lot to be familiar with the quality system and dealt with some production processes. I got so many training opportunities desiring to become a professional as fast as I can. Actually I did, I was qualified as an internal auditor in the site to be responsible for handling more important tasks related to quality and production. But, I started to get tired of QA’s work…

I got graduated in July of 2007 and became a regular employee but I was still a QA. As a QA has so many paper works, and you have to discuss even argue with somebody from your counter-department. For instance, QA has to put forward some corrective actions to avoid the same defect on products, but someone from production department doesn’t agree with the QA at all, then a long way argument in a loud tone will be around you as a nightmare. It has some reasons, QA wants to kick away all potential responsibilities they might take in the future, production wants to keep works simpler and easier. I just think it is wasting my youthful time. Fortunately, I was allocated to a very new and creative project with cooperating with Danish colleagues in the middle of 2008.

The works went different. Besides my regular QA works, I started to work more cross-functionally and needed to put more effort of projecting what we were gonna realize. The work was more like a film production. We produced training videos according to working procedures and use the videos on training employees. It just met my capability I built up of producing videos in the university. At the end of 2008, I was transferred to another department that optimizes working flow in the company to be a full time employee in charge of the project. That’s a long way until the end of last year – 2010.

Since I am talented to make videos, – forgive me saying that, but I really think I have very natural sense on producing videos – I began to raise my personal reputation of producing videos in local sites, and Danish sites. Finally I got a job as a communications consultant which I dreamed of. I’m in the position where I should be.

Now, I’m in the hotel… since CEO will come for a road show on delivering a presentation of new company culture and I have to get up earlier to pick our internal journalists up to the site tomorrow morning before employees entering. What’s intersting is I just met the CEO in the lift… alone… that is the best gift for my 4th working anniversary in Novo Nordisk although we just had a very short chat:-)

Saw a video news report from corporate website, CEO and his close staff went to Dubai for a diabetes forum sponsored by our company. It must be a nice experience for being in Dubai, the world richest area.. I heard of there were a lot HUMMER running on the street… I hope I can have some days around that place.

Joined a party on Friday, that was a real traditional party. People drank, people danced, and also there was on of the most famous Danish band – nephew performed during the party and made the party most heated. It was a great experience and the important for me is I meet more people.

No one’s here, but me…they go for outside meeting in two days…
